About Oakview HOA

We hope that you will consider joining the Oakview Estates Homeowners Association. The modest $200 annual membership dues are the sole source of funds for the maintenance of our entrance, social events, and other community enhancements. Some accomplishments of the HOA are listed below:

• Continued partnership with Flock safety for cameras at our neighborhood entrance.  Fortunately, our crime is low, but we have the ability capture images of license plates of vehicles entering and leaving the neighborhood and can provide these to authorities if necessary.  

• Continued monthly landscape/maintenance at all entrances - including seasonal flowers, trees, and mulch.  Landscape and maintenance is the single largest cost that the HOA bears each year and critically important to keep our neighborhood looking great. 

• Continued upkeep on streets and utilities in neighborhood through partnership with the city.  

• Decorate the entrance for various holidays.  

• Coordinated social events throughout the year for neighbors to connect. 

• Welcomed new neighbors with a small gift and information about the neighborhood.    

• Yard of the Month and Home of the month initiative, which recognizes residents for their beautiful landscaping and renovations.

• Future Goals Include:   

• Having more social events that span all ages and generations

• Update the edging at the front entry

• Repairs to the entrance wall and stone
